Workplace bullying in New Zealand is defined as repeated and unreasonable behavior that creates a risk to health and safety. This can include actions such as verbal abuse, intimidation, belittling, and exclusion from work-related activities.

Employment law and health and safety legislation both outline the responsibilities of employers, managers, and workers to prevent and manage workplace bullying. If you're not being supported and kept safe, then your employer may not be acting lawfullyIf you have raised with with your employer, and it hasn't been resolved, you may have a case to say your employer is not acting fairly.
